What we collect

Account details for the people who use LeaseUp, and the property, tenancy and payment records our customers choose to store in the platform.

Where it is stored

Storage arrangements will be documented here in full before the platform holds any real tenant data. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@leaseup.co.uk. We will also provide our Data Processing Agreement on request.
