Subscriptions
All plans run month to month with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Annual billing is available on Pro. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to begin.
Your data
The property, tenancy and client records you put into LeaseUp remain yours. You can export them in standard formats at any time, including after you cancel.
AI-generated output
Documents, valuations and recommendations produced by LeaseUp are drafts for you to review. They are not legal or financial advice, and you remain responsible for what you send or act on.
